An Outstanding Performance

"I’ve been a huge fan for the last five years, and this was my first concert, making it a great one to start with. I’d been eager to hear this new live album, on top of already being eager for Mac Demarco to tour again since Piece by Piece in 2026. Even one of my two friends I brought, who is not as big a fan as I, was surprised by his own excitement during each song and even asked me for the titles of songs after the show. My favorite part of the show was easily the “Minute and a Glass of Wine” segment, where through her astonishing belts and goosebump-raising harmonies, she took off her shoes and spent some time talking to the audience (and singing some) about her kids and how being different is okay. On top of that, she let an audience member by the stage sing after they said they’d auditioned for The Voice! This performance did not disappoint at all. All in all, everyone should see her once, and I cannot wait to see what she has in store for everyone later on in her career."
